We need people to talk to wineries about participating in the conference about pouring at the welcome reception to entering our competition to sponsoring events. We have a team coordinating the effort so please contact winery-outreach@americanwinesociety.net to help. Commercial and Amateur Competitions

Do you know a winery or amateur winemaker who should be submitting wines for evaluation. Commercial and amateur wines will be tasted and evaluated over 2 days just prior to the conference by certified wine judges. If you know someone, please encourage them to review competition submission rules here:

Pre-Conference Tours

We need someone to coordinate pre-conference tours. *The position has been filled.*

Vendor Outreach

We need someone to contact local artisans about exhibiting at the conference. *The position has been filled.*

Wine Sorting

Wines will be shipped to a pair of local wineries for the conference sessions and competitions. Volunteers will be needed to catalog and arrange these wines. *The position has been filled.*

Volunteering During the Conference

Colleen Reardon, our member service manager, will be sending out a request for volunteers to work doing the conference: introducing speakers, pouring wines for sessions, checking registrations, and many other jobs. This call for volunteers will go out to members attending conference and after session registration is completed. Please stay tuned!
