Member Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations can occur at any time, but refunds will not be provided except under the following circumstances:
- New or renewing members requesting cancellation within the first month of joining or renewing membership and prior to the mailing of a print journal will be entitled to receive a full refund less $20.00 member processing and administration fee.
- Cancellations requested within the first month but after mailing of the journal will incur an additional $15.00 deduction.
- No refunds will be permitted following one month of membership initiation or renewal.
Membership Application
Renew Your Membership
ONLINE renewal is only available within 30 days of membership expiration. Beyond 30 days, please call the National Office to renew over the phone.
To renew online:
- Sign in to the member portal using the link at the top of this page.
- At the top, in the dropdown menu under Membership, click on Join/Renew/Change Chapter.
- Select the invoice you wish to pay, and click Pay Selected Invoice.
- Save time and money by renewing for three years.
