CAVE’s 2026 Amateur Winemaker Workshop
Grand Junction, CO on August 1-2 2026
Whether you’ve attended in the past or are looking to expand your winemaking knowledge, this two-day workshop is one of my favorite events we host each year. It brings together passionate home winemakers from across Colorado and beyond to learn, share experiences, troubleshoot challenges, and connect with others who enjoy the craft of winemaking.
Designed for both aspiring and experienced amateur winemakers, the workshop offers an in-depth look at the winemaking process, including production techniques, fermentation management, common pitfalls, and practical solutions you can apply to your own wines. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn directly from industry professionals and ask questions in a welcoming, hands-on environment.
In addition to the educational sessions, the workshop is a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow wine enthusiasts, exchange ideas, and become more connected to Colorado’s wine community.
