Speaker Concessions

Speaker with one conference session
- one day conference comp for the speaker on the day of the session

Speaker with multiple conference sessions
- full conference comp for the speaker

Conference session with multiple speakers/panel
- each speaker get a prorated percentage off a one-day conference on the day of the session

Speaker Reimbursements

We will not be providing any stipend or compensation for speaking. Special concession requests may be sent for consideration no later than the final date of the session application process to executivedirector@americanwinesociety.org. However please not there is a limited budget reserved for special circumstances.

All requests for expense reimbursement must be documented and approved in advance to be considered for selection. If approved, no reimbursements will be made without receipts.

Session Approval

Sessions will be reviewed and approved by a selection panel.
