Vendors and Artisans Interested in AWS National Wine Conference 2025

November 6-8, 2025 | At Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles, Chantilly, VA.

The American Wine Society Conference features more than 600 of our members who are enthusiastic about learning about and tasting wine, as well as exploring new wines and new regions. Our Northern Virginia conference sold out last time!

Attendees are people from all walks of life who share a love of wine and travel.

Successful vendors include, but are not limited to:

Wine accessories
Wine themed apparel, jewelry, books, and gifts
Gourmet food specialties
Handmade and craft items

 

The conference takes place just before Thanksgiving and Christmas, so gifts feature well.

 

As a vendor, there are several ways for you to participate.

 

Exhibit – November 7-8th

Set-up and Exhibits can open early:

Thursday, November 6th, 12 pm – 6 pm

Friday, November 7th, 7 am – 8.30 am

Exhibits open:

Friday, November 7th, 8:45 am – 6 pm

Saturday, November 8th, 8:45 am – 6 pm

Teardown:

Saturday, November 8th, 6 pm – 7 pm

 

Booth charge: $119.

You will be provide with an 8-ft-deep x 10-ft-wide booth. Each booth will have one six- foot table, one chair, and a wastebasket.

 

Tote Bag Insert

As an exhibitor you are welcome to include a brochure or reasonable size promotional item in the attendee tote bag for free.

If you are not exhibiting, there is a $20 charge for providing a brochure or promotional item to be included in the tote bag.

Other Sponsorship

Other sponsorship opportunities exist, including (but not limited to!) having your name and logo appear on our corkscrews and glasses (distributed to all of the attendees to take home and enjoy for years to come), name badges, and placemats in return for a fee.
